I’m so excited to start blogging! Recently I’ve been dealing with quit of few people in southern California looking to get out of their seller financed real estate loan notes and I am matching them to a network of note buyers that will bid on the notes. This is working great as the cash out tends to be higher as normally a private financed note holder really doesn’t know where to look and will take the first offer to cash out, if they even find anybody willing to buy off their note that is. Now I’m seeking out note holders nationwide helping them get cash for their notes as a broker.
Well this IS my first post so I need to go back and tweak my blog and get it ready for all to read and comment.
